President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has approved the redeployment of Federal Permanent Secretaries to various ministries.
In a press statement signed on behalf of the Head of Service of the Federation by Mrs. Eno Olotu, Director, Information and Public Relations, it mentions the names of the Permanent Secretaries redeployed, their former offices and the new Ministries deployed to.
* Mr. Gabriel Aduda, formerly of Ministry of Women Affairs, now deployed to Ministry of Defence.
* Mr. Olumuyiwa Enitan formerly of Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction to Ministry of Education (to understudy the Permanent Secretary).
* Mr. Temitope Peter Fashedemi, formerly of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security to State House.
* Dr.Shuaib Mohammed Lamido Belgore, formerly of Ministry of Regional Development to Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
* Dr Marcus Olaniyi Ogunbiyi formerly of Ministry of Housing & Urban Development to Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security
* Engr. Adebiyi Olusesan Olufunso formerly of State House to the Ministry of Works
* Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar Kana, formerly of Ministry of Defence to Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development
* Dr. Yakubu Adam Kofarmata formerly of Ministry of Works to Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction
* Raymond Omenka Omachi, formerly of Common Services Office, OHCSF to Ministry of Finance (Special Duties)
* Tinuke Watti (Mrs.) formerly of Ministry of Sports Development to Ministry of Regional Development
* Dr. Maryam Ismaila Keshinro, formerly of Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs to Ministry of Women Affairs
According to the directive of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, all handing and taking over processes are to be completed on or before 31st December, 2024. The statement reads
