FOUNDATION CALLS ON NIGERIANS TO SPEAK UP FOR NIGERIA'S ABDUCTED CHILDREN

Over the years, Nigeria has witnessed repeated cases of school abductions that have left families devastated, communities traumatized, and the future of countless children uncertain. The recent abduction of students in Oyo State is yet another painful reminder that our children remain vulnerable.

At Maden Healthcare Foundation, we stand with every affected child, parent, and community. We condemn all forms of violence against children and call for urgent, coordinated action to secure the safe return of every abducted child.

We call on the Federal Government, State Governments, security agencies, and all relevant stakeholders to:

✅ Intensify search and rescue efforts for all abducted children.

✅ Strengthen security in schools and surrounding communities.

✅ Invest in intelligence gathering and preventive measures to stop future abductions.

✅ Provide psychosocial support for affected children and families.

✅ Ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.

Our children are not statistics. They are future doctors, teachers, leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Every day spent in captivity is a violation of their rights and a loss to our nation.

As a society, we must refuse to normalize these tragedies. We must raise our voices, demand accountability, and work together to create a Nigeria where every child can learn and thrive without fear.
