ANNOUNCEMENT: "DISREGARD INTERVIEW MAKING THE ROUNDS", HASSAN HYET URGES PUBLIC

The news making the rounds of a purported interview granted to some newsmen by the Kaduna State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Felix Hassan Hyat, has been debunked.

A terse statement from the State Secretariat of the PDP, signed by Mr. Abraham Catoh, Public Relations Officer debunked the story going round the Social Media about a purported​  interview he (Chairman) granted to some pressmen,wherein he attacked the Kaduna State Governor,Nasir El-Rufai.



"Anyone that has been an ardent follower of Hon. Felix Hassan Hyat would have known that he cannot stoop so low as to use the uncouth language in the supposed interview to address any leader in this country or any body for that matter".

"A closer look at the said interview will reveal to anyone that mischief makers are at their game once again. There is a proper channel the State Chairman uses in disemanating information to the public", the release stressed.

The Kaduna state Public Relations Officer further advised that; "the State Chairman's name is Felix Hassan Hyat and not the name the author of the said statement used in his claim".

Thanking the teeming supporters of the PDP for their understanding, the Chairman urged the public to disregard the interview being circulated as coming from him.
