DELTA CENTRAL PDP CONGRATULATES HIS EXCELLENCY, GOVERNOR OKOWA.

Following the landslide victory of the Delta state Governor, Senator (Dr.) Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa during the just concluded Saturday, 9th March Gubernatorial elections, the torrents of congratulatory messages has continued to flow in.



To show their love and support to Gov. Okowa, the leadership and members of the 2019 PDP Delta Central (also known as Urhobo Nation) Campaign Council havr also lent their voice in rejoicing with the good people of Delta State, over the re-election of the man variously referred to as "Our Smart Governor, His Excellency, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa".

The group also known as "2019 PDP Delta Central", in a thank you message signed by the Chairman, Olorogun Fred Okiemute Majemite and its Director General, Dr. Emmanuel Ighomena, said;

"We thank the people of Delta Central and indeed the entire Urhobo Nation, as well as the faithfuls and enthusiastic supporters of our great Party, the PDP,  for coming out en mass' in spite of the hype of all manner of anticipated intimidation and odds, to vote Governor Okowa and his dependable Deputy, Barrister Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, for a well desrved second tenure, 2019-2023".

According to the group, "Under four years, Governor Okowa's Administration recorded tremendous and unrivalled record of  performance in governance of Delta State since 1999 - in peace building and security; in youth and women empowerment;  infrastructure in waterways, road, health, markets,  education and technical schools;  in urban renewal and rural transformation,  including the rehabilitation of Federal Government roads, etc".

"We have never had so good in our people's welfare with projects and programmes executed to sustain peace, security, fairness, equity and unity of Delta State in the senatorial districts, local government areas, communities, and in the upland and riverine formations of the State".

They therefore, congratulated Okowa saying; "Congratulations to our lovable, highly focused and humble Governor".
