The Executive Director, Finance and Administration, Delta State Oil Producing and Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Hon (Chief) Barr. John Obukohwo Nani JP, has described the demise of Elliott Offa as a great loss to his family, Oghara Kingdom and Ethiope West at large.

The Aghwemutuwevwi of Idjerhe Kingdom, Chief John Nani who spoke during his condolence visit to the residence of the bereaved family, Dr Henry Offa, prayed God Almighty to grant the Offa family, the fortitude to bear the irrepairable loss.

Until his death, Elliot was a quiet and peace loving gentleman.

He will be missed by loved ones especially his family members and colleagues.

Dignitaries present at the event include but not limited to Chief Stephen Igbivwie, the Unogbrogodo of Oghara,  Chief Newton Amukpo, Chief Orhioru, Chief Kelvin Avwikpe, Chief Rubert Eyaefe, Chief Dimaro Ozer, the Unuevworo of Oghara.

Others are, Chief Young Afighi, Hon Happiman Erakpotobor, Chief So Good Ighere, Chief Richard Ighere and Chief Igbivwie Russel etc.
