An indigene of Oviri-Olomu Community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief Ben Johnson .E, today said three accused persons including Chief Paul. E. Agboro, Chief Jones Ikpoko and Chief Friday Friday Akporehe (Otota of the Community) whose names were included in the list of those who allegedly vandalized an oil pipeline in the Community, were not among the suspects.
In a telephone chat with Our Correspondent, Chief Johnson noted that he reported the vandalization of an oil pipeline by some executive members of the Community to the security agencies.
Chief Johnson said his Uncle, Comrade (Elder) A. Peter Edariese wrongfully included the names of the aforementioned in the list.
However, he gave the names of the persons involved in the vandalization of the pipeline to include, Chief Ewenede Akaruaye, Chief Victor Onadimor, Chief Austin Etata, Mr. Sunday Okreghe, Pastor Israel Azagba, Mr. Ejiro Ekpoko and Mr. Ogbevire Efekoha.
He added that Mr. Okite Alfred Israel, one of the accused was the person who brought in the contractor to do the dirty job while David Akpe works in the site.
Chief Johnson who expressed surprises that his uncle included the names of Chief Johnson, noted that Chief Paul. E. Agboro, Chief Jones Ikpoko and Chief Friday Friday Akporehe were not involved in the matter and stressed that they are not involved. "I don't like it" just as he appealed that their names be removed from the list.
He said one Pastor Israel Azagba as well as Engr. Teme Arumala are among the accused in the matter.
While noting that he will stand against the accused in Court, Chief Johnson said he is very ready to follow them to anywhere on the matter.

I challenge you to get the innocent people you mentioned above arrested and charged before any competent court of law.
How can someone who speaks from both sides of his mouth be taken seriously by any reasonable person of sound mind?
Previous.videos you generated on this matter where you were crying and wailing more than the bereaved had some of the the above names mentioned. What has happened overnight?

How much has exchanged hands that now made you to exonerate them?
Speaking from both sides of your mouth, can your evidences still be taken seriously by any competent court of law?
If the federal government pipelines or properties were vandalized according to your story, do you think the federal government needs you before they get the culprits prosecuted?
Has the original owner of the abandoned and disused pipelines, SPDC come forward to make any case against the community that their functional pipelines were vandalized and engaged your professional services at any level?
Why have you chosen to cry more than the bereaved for disused and out of fashioned pipelines of 1974 that the company is owing the community hundreds of millions of dollars for gross violations of sections of the Oil Pipelines Act?

A very big shame to this guy he is working on script by some individuals. He does not even know what he is saying how can he says Our innocent executives vandalized pipeline, that is a big lie from d pit of hell. This present exco we know are not vandals, they are men of impeccable character working day and night on how Oviri-Olomu can be developed. Pls disregard that information it is a big lie the man knows d vandalized they are not our exco.
