.... Celebrates Her For Allowing God To Use Her To Give Best Gift Ever Through The Birth Of One Of Nigeria's Greatest Leaders, Rt. Hon. Chubuike Rotimi Amaechi As She Celebrates Her Birthday.

 

It gives me a lot of joy and happiness that today, 28th August, 2021 we are privileged to celebrate the 79th birthday of one of the greatest tools in God's Hands in this dispensation to bless humanity in the person of Dame Ezinne Mary Oduah Amaechi, the mother of Hon. Minister for Transportation, Rt, Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and the undisputable Queen Mother of Rivers State.

This wonderful and great mother General can be described as an embodiment of humility whose impact in the life of whoever that comes across her golden path is infectious. Remembering what she has to go through to give the best of training to our dear Leader, reminds me of the life of my late mother, Mrs. Eunice Uzo Eze who had to sell her wrappers to ensure that I was sent to school.

Mum, as you celebrate your birthday today, we your children, gotten through the greatness and political ventures of your son, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, through the Amaechi Political Family, we wish to assure you that come 2023 your birthday celebration will be a national event.

You have done so much for us so we owe it as a duty that you will be celebrated like the Queen you are.

In conclusion, permit me to quote the birthday message to you by your second son, Dr. Dakuku Peterside who also loves you so much, "It’s being a long journey; a tortuous but rewarding journey. In these long years, I have learnt a lot of virtues from my other mother and can rightly claim to be the second son of Mama Mary. Happy birthday to a courageous, virtuous and conscientious mother. May the good Lord honour your years of service, compassion and kindness. May the Lord grant you long life, good health and increased wisdom. Happy birthday Mama (Ezinne) Mary". 

Finally, Happy Birthday Mum, as I pray God to grant you your rightful place in the affairs of our dear country.
