DELTANS HOLD RALLY FOR MOHBAD ..... Call For Justice, Says His Father, Wife, NDLEA All Have Cases To Answer

"The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA should be investigated as well for denying arrest of the late Musician last year in February 2022. He said the NDLEA has a case to answer stressing, they are not telling the truth."  MLI Imole, Warri based musician insist.


Youths in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State today gathered in their thousands to hold a rally in honour of popular musician, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, a.k.a, Mohbad just as they called on the relevant authorities especially the Police, to conduct a thorough investigation as well as prosecution of whoever his killers maybe in the interest of justice.

The youths began the rally at the Awenayeri Filling Station by Bendel Estate junction along Airport road in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area.

The youths played some tracks of the late musician during the rally as they carried placards with inscriptions such as,"#JusticeMohbad! #Say No to Marlians","#You don't have to kill somebody before you sing #Justice4Mohbad Imole. Who off the light","If to say Na Jazz, E for don cast. If to say Na soap, we 4 Don baff am finish. #Justice4Mohbad a.k.a, Imole" and "Justice for Mohbad. Justice for Imole #WarriJusticeForMohbad#".

The youths also demanded that Mohbad's wife be invited and interrogated with a DNA conducted for Mohbad's acclaimed son to ascertain his true paternity. 

The youths also added that Mohbad's father should also be arrested to explain his reasons for the rush in burying his son in a hurry in the manner he did. 

The youths said they suspect a foul play with the way the father of the deceased musician has been talking. They insisted that, he (father) has a case to answer. 

The youths who injected Mohbad should equally be arrested along side with Naira Marley. 

Odivri Elo Sandra wept profusely for the late singer and called for the immediate arrest and prosecution of his alleged killers. She said everyone involved should be dealt with in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. 

Elo, who likened Mohbad's death to be her own personal case, said she had no one in life to call a family. She even said in case she dies, her remains shouldn't be taken to her family but to be buried at the cemetery stressing that, those close to her do not love her.

A Warri based musician, MLI Imole who also spoke with newsmen, said the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA should be investigated as well for denying arrest of the late Musician last year in February 2022. He said the NDLEA has a case to answer stressing, they are not telling the truth.

At the time of this report, the rally is still ongoing as the youths are dancing to some tracks by the late musician, Mohbad.
