The climb to prominence in the football stage by Badira Fc has not been an easy task.

Making this disclosure of the Chairman of the football club, Ahmed Usman Egye  as he equally promised fans of the football club that promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League is it target.

Speaking to Naij News Alert Sports Editor after the new NNL draws in ogun state, the Club Chairman said coming to the national league was not easy but because they were determined, they put in our best and to the glory of God, promotion to the Nigeria National League was earned.

"We know playing in the NNL is challenging, so we are not leaving any stone unturned. We are preparing adequately as we have brought in good players that we can compete favourably. These new players have what it takes to add quality to our team," he said.

On the future, Ahmed Egye revealed that they are not going to just compete but get to play in the Super 8 and get promotion to the NPFL.

Basira Fc are in Northern Conference D with teams like Doma Utd, Kebbi Utd, Adamawa Utd Fc, Kada Warriors, Yobe Desert Stars and Sporting Supreme Fc.
