Nigeria's Honourable Minister of Art, Culture, and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa has emphasized the importance of unity among Nigerians, particularly during the concurrent celebrations of Ramadan.
Hannatu Musawa, at an event to celebrate the Ramadan Iftar Breaking of Fast in Abuja, the nations capital on Wednesday, highlighted the significance of the creative industry in promoting national unity and economic growth.
The Minister noted that, "as a woman of faith, this period is a time for spiritual reflection and unity.
"We all belong to one realm and worship the same Almighty", she stated.
Hannatu Musawa, who is optimistic about the future of the creative industry in Nigeria, appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's for his support.
"The government is working to establish a strong institutional framework to support the creative industry, which has the potential to drive economic expansion and empower Nigerians," she said.
"The creative industry can contribute significantly to the country's GDP and create millions of jobs and, to achieve this, the Ministry of Art, Culture, and Creative Economy is focusing on building a strong infrastructure that will allow the creative industry to reach its full potential. This includes initiatives to promote Nigerian culture and creativity globally, preserve and celebrate the country's rich cultural heritage, and provide support for creative entrepreneurs." She disclosed.
The Honourable Minister of Art, Culture, and Creative Economy also emphasized the importance of using culture to build national unity and cohesion, saying she believes that culture is a national asset that can be used to promote economic expansion and empower Nigerians.
Musawa announced her plans of a project that will celebrate Nigeria's diversity and promote unity among its people.

* Preserving and celebrating Nigeria's rich cultural heritage,
* Providing support for creative entrepreneurs and investing in the industry to drive sustainable economic growth.
The Minister emphasized her commitment to harnessing the power of culture and creativity to drive economic growth, promote national unity, and empower Nigerians.
