The Executive Chairman of Ethiope West Council, Hon Owoso Oghenedoro has continued to receive felicitations on his birthday. 

In a statement issued recently from the Office of the Executive Director, Finance and Administration, DESOPADEC signed by the Personal Assistant, Media and Publicity, Comrade Evidence Igere, the EDFA saluted the Council boss for his "topnotch administrative 'acumen' and his unrelenting candour which has injected peace and harmony in the three kingdoms that made the local government".

The statement which was released at the DESOPADEC Headquarters, partly reads; "The DESOPADEC ED.(FA), his entire staff and the good People of Idjerhe Kingdom wish to congratulate you on the auspicious occasion of your birthday anniversary".
