I Am Preparing To Study Law. .... Says Delta CDHR Chairman, Edariese As He Celebrates 75th Birthday

The  Chairman of the Delta State Branch of the Committee for the Defence of Human Right, CDHR, Comrade (Elder) A.P. Edariese today said he is preparing to study law as he celebrated his seventy fifth birthday at the Living Faith Church, LFC a.k.a Winners Chapel in Owhase, Udu Local Government Area.

Comrade Edariese who was flanked by his two wives, children, members of the CDHR, church members and friends, disclosed this during his 75th year birthday Thanksgiving service.

The retired banker who testified of God's goodness in his life noted that his lasted daughter is in the university stressing,"She will be my 13th graduate on earth."

Comrade Edariese who also pointed that his two wives are graduates of different disciplines said,"Am preparing to go to the university this year to read law. Don't be surprised when you are called for my matriculation."

Comrade Edariese begged all present to thank God for him for his goodness, and for the family, wives, children and wisdom he gave him.

LFC Resident Pastor in Owhase, Pastor Tega Enegare wished the CDHR Chairman fruitfulness even in his old age.

"He shall still bear fruits. So, my wishes for him is that he shall still bear fruits even in old age. By God's grace he is 75years. He shall see his children, children, children. He shall be strengthened. He shall not lack strength."

The cleric used the opportunity to admonish the youths to seek God with all rightousness. 

According to him,"if a man like this as old as he is can be serving God, love God, how much more the youths if they start serving God at their young age."

The CDHR Treasurer in Delta State, Comrade Harrison Itulua in a chat with Our Correspondent wished Comrade Edariese long life and strength in the struggle for the fight for justice for the common man in the society.

He noted that Comrade Edariese had piloted the affairs of the CDHR in the State in a stable and dogged manner.

Comrade Itulua prayed God Almighty to continue to sustain his life for this generation to benefit more as well as tap from his wealth of wisdom.

CDHR Financial Secretary, Comrade Kate Etakoo I Oyiborode(Nee Okobia) also in a chat with Our Correspondent celebrated Comrade Edariese at 75 years just as she prayed God Almighty to give him more years with good health to enjoy all he has laboured for.

Present at the event were CDHR Secretary, Comrade Israel Joe, popular Comedian Okoloko Papa, Barr. Umuko, CDHR legal adviser and others.
