2022 NATIONAL HONOURS AWARD: EZE AJOKU RECEIVES OFR AWARD, SAYS IT IS TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND MANKIND

With the nomination and award of national honours to deserving citizens and non-citizens alike from various fields of endeavours penultimate Tuesday, 11th October 2022, Nigerians have applauded the President Muhammadu Buhari led Federal Government on some of the personalities accorded recognition for their service to humanity and contributions to national growth.

Among those who received National Honours is the Distinguished Senator (Dr) Eze Darlington Ajoku, CEO, Managing Director, Darlez Nigeria Ltd.

Senator (Dr) Eze Ajoku, recipient of the Order of the Federal Republic, OFR, is one man who has distinguished himself in various spheres of life; a born leader and philanthropist whose generosity has seen him providing scholarship to hundreds of indigent students across the country, especially his home state (Imo) and immediate constituency.

Eze Ajoku's philanthropy, love for humanity, concern for the elderly and aged in the society has seen him emerging as President of several Non-Governmental Organizations, NGO's, and these includes; The International Coordinator and founder Graceful Ageing Fellowship (GRAF); a faith-based Healthy Ageing NGO. Proprietor Darlez Care Orphanage Home, the Coalition of Societies For the Rights of Older Persons In Nigeria (COSROPIN), President Coalition of Orphanages and Children Homes in Nigeria (COCHIN) 1st Vice Chairman, Civil Society Organisations Strategy Group on SDG, Nigeria. 

Senator Dr Eze Ajoku, OFR, is the Chairman, Darling 107.3 FM Radio Station Owerri, in Imo State that has taken the lead in the broadcast media. He was a former Head of Sales and Marketing, Rank Xerox East Africa, for Regional General Manager Rank Xerox West and Central Africa, and General Manager Rank Xerox Nigeria.

The new recipient of the OFR Award is passionate about the growth and development of the Christendom and Christ, a Former Board Chairman, Federal Polytechnic, Ede Osun state, Governorship Aspirant 1999 and Senator Federal Republic of Nigeria, Imo East, 4th Republic. 

Senator Dr Ajoku, OFR, is happily married to Engineer Mrs Chinwe Eze-Ajoku and they are blessed with four children who are professionals in their own chosen fields of endeavours.
