Highly respected traditional title holder in the Okpe Kingdom, Okakuro Dickson Omoraka, has joined other prominent personalities in delta State to felicitate the Paramount ruler of the Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, Major General Felix Mujakperuo (Retd.), the Orhue 1.
